Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: All orders are printed at the time of purchase in the U.S., processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in business days.

• Delivery Time: Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. I have a flat fee of $7.99 for shipping within the U.S.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to me! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I accept returns under the following conditions:

• Eligibility for Returns: Contact me at hello@meganmartinstudio.com with your order number to start the return process. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in the original condition, unused, and undamaged.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

• Refunds: Once I receive the returned item, I will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

I take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact me immediately at hello@meganmartinstudio.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

• I will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
